Is this the right route?

Define the range behind your brand.

Tell us what you are building, who you serve and where the coffee needs to go. We will review the route before asking you to commit to a production plan.

E-commerce launches

Shape a focused range for a market test, online launch or repeat subscription.

Hospitality groups

Develop a branded coffee experience for hotels, cafés and service teams.

Growing operators

Keep the first order practical and leave room for the next production cycle.

What we can shape together

Align coffee specifications and packaging.

Start with the coffee format and packaging preference. Minimum-quantity production uses Ahanda packaging; a custom pack needs its own agreed cost and recurring-order or private label scope.

Coffee selection

Choose the product style, origin direction and format that fit your market.

Roast profile

Review a roast direction built around the target cup, equipment and repeatability.

Packaging route

Start with Ahanda packaging or evaluate custom packaging when the project supports it.

Destination review

Worldwide destinations can be reviewed except where logistics are prohibited or unavailable.

Quality references

Relevant certification and quality references can be shared during project review.

One clear next step

How it works

From product brief to repeat supply.

Minimum-quantity production is offered in Ahanda packaging. Custom packaging can be evaluated for recurring orders or a private label agreement when packaging costs are covered.

Ahanda Coffee Roastery · Since 2015

From our beginnings to international supply

Ahanda was established in 2015. In 2022, we expanded our production capacity and capabilities and entered international markets in response to inbound export enquiries. Sweden, Germany, the United States and Russia are among the markets where our export activities continue.

For each new enquiry, product, packaging, destination requirements and delivery feasibility are reviewed before an offer is confirmed.

Choose the coffee supply route for your business

Turkish coffee, espresso and filter coffee are reviewed in whole-bean or product-appropriate ground formats. Your equipment, product and packaging brief determine the next step.

Wholesale & hospitality

For cafés, restaurants and hotels: choose coffee for your service and discuss repeat supply. Standard wholesale orders start at 24 kg; this is not a monthly consumption requirement.

Review hospitality supply

Office coffee

Start with your machine, brewing method, number of users and expected consumption. The product, quantity and delivery arrangement are reviewed for your office.

Review office coffee

Private label / white label

Discuss coffee selection, roast profile, grind, brand and packaging. Private label and export minimums are quoted per product and packaging scope; 24 kg is not a universal production minimum.

Review production scope

From brief to an agreed supply plan

  1. Share your company, destination, service, product format, first-order kg and expected repeat kg separately. Leave unknown quantities blank.
  2. We review coffee, equipment and packaging suitability. If a sample is needed, its product, quantity, cost and shipment terms are agreed before dispatch.
  3. The offer confirms the product, packaging, quantity, price, payment and production/delivery schedule. Production follows agreement on the applicable order conditions.
  4. For repeat supply, review actual consumption, product feedback and the next delivery requirement.

What to confirm before requesting a quote

How do I choose coffee for my equipment?

Share the machine and brewing method. For bean-to-cup machines, check the manufacturer’s instructions and the available whole-bean product. Ground coffee is reviewed against the brewing method and product formats actually offered.

Can I request a sample before ordering?

Describe the intended product, equipment and project. Sample availability, quantity, charge and delivery are confirmed for that enquiry; a free sample or fixed dispatch time is not assumed.

Which packaging and label details are needed?

Specify Ahanda or custom packaging, requested weight, whole bean or ground, artwork and label language. Packaging minimums, costs and the approval process are confirmed in the offer.

Are retail prices and shipping terms valid for B2B?

B2B pricing, case quantities, payment and freight are confirmed for the project. Retail discounts and the Turkey retail free-shipping threshold are not automatically applied to business or export orders.

What should an international buyer confirm?

Provide the destination country, importer arrangement, product and label language. Required documents and their product/destination scope are reviewed. The offer must specify the delivery rule and named place, freight, customs/import cost responsibilities and payment terms. Sample and commercial shipment conditions are considered separately.

Does an existing export market guarantee my shipment?

Sweden, Germany, the United States and Russia are among Ahanda’s continuing export markets. Each new project still requires review of the buyer, product, documentation, logistics and applicable destination conditions before delivery is confirmed.
