Our signature filter blend combines Colombia's clean, balanced character with the wine-like fruit of sun-dried Ethiopian coffee. Expect red grape, strawberry and brown sugar notes in a full but easy-drinking cup.
Its recipe has stayed consistent since 2015. It works across filter methods and opens up especially well in a French press. Choose whole bean or ground for your brewing method.

- Add 250ml of water at around 93°C in circular pours.
- Keep the total brew time around 2:30 dk, then swirl and serve.
French PressMedium-coarse grind · 4 min
- Add 250 ml of hot water to 15 g of medium-coarse ground coffee.
- Wait 4 minutes, gently break the crust and press slowly.
- Serve without delay for a cleaner cup.
Filter machineBalanced ratio · Daily cup
- Use around 60 g of coffee per litre of water.
- Start brewing with a medium grind and fresh, filtered water.
- Give the coffee one brief stir when brewing finishes and serve without leaving it on the hot plate.
